Ninja White Loaf
This Ninja Kitchen recipe for a simple crusty white loaf is perfect and so easy to do using the Ninja Prove function. We like to serve it still warm cut into big chunks with a bowl of hearty home made soup. See our other You Tube video for a quick and easy Pressure cooker Potato and leek soup.
Ingredients
500g Bread Flour
7g Yeast
300ml Warm water approx 35C
1tsp salt
2 1.2 tbsp olive oil
250ml Cold water
butter to grease
Method
Place flour, yeast, warm water, salt and olive oil into a bowl and bring together to form a dough. You can add more flour if its too sticky.
Line the bottom of the Ninja Cook and crisp basket with baking parchment and grease sides with butter.
Place your dough int the basket.
Place basket of dough into Ninja and prove for 60 mins at 35C
Remove the basket of dough and deflate the dough, reshape and add back into the basket.
Add 250ml cold water to the cooking pot then place basket with dough into Ninja.
Prove again for 50 mins at 35C
Once finished proving set machine to Combi/Steam and choose STEAM BREAD 180C for 20mins.
Remove basket and allow to cool enough to eat.
