Milk Chocolate Brioche Bread and Butter Loaf
Left over brioche makes the most sumptuous bread and butter pudding and adding some chocolate makes it even more delightful. I decided to use mini loaf pans to create these and they are perfect served warm or cooled.
We’ve used the Ninja 15 in 1 Smartlid but you can use any airfryer or even your oven.

Ingredients
4 slices brioche cubed
2 Eggs
50ml milk
50ml double cream
4 tbsp syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cinnamon
50g chocolate mixed
Method
Create a simple custard by whisking your eggs, cream, milk, syrup, vanilla essence and cinnamon until combined.
Cut your bread into 2cm cubes. I use scissors as I find it easier.
Soak your bread cubes in the egg custard mix.
Spray mini loaf pans with fry light.
Layer the bread/custard mix with chocolate chunks in your mini loaf pans.
Add 500ml water to the Ninja Smartlid pot and then place your metal rack inside. Place the bread pudding tins on top of the rack.
Cook on Steam Bake for 25 mins. Check half way and cover if burning on top.
Once baked allow the loaves to cool then remove from the tins, melt some more chocolate and drizzle on top.
