Siracha Chicken Strips
If like us you are obsessed with Siracha you have to give these chicken strips a try. Coated in cornflakes flavoured with paprika and onion powder they are so tasty its insane. We cooked ours in the Ninja dual air fryer but any air fryer will do. Full ingredients list is in the description. Please like and subscribe. Thank you!
We used the Ninja Dual Air fryer but you can use any air fryer, here are our favourites.
Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts but into Strips
1 tbsp Siracha
1 Egg
100g Cornflakes
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
Fry light
Salt and Pepper to season
Sauce
2 tbsp Mayonaise and 2 tsp Siracha
Method
Crush your cornflakes and then add the paprika, onion powder salt and pepper.
Beat your egg until the yolk and white are combined.
Cover the chicken strips in the 2 tsp siracha.
Create strips by dipping chicken strips into egg then cornflake/spice mix.
Add to air fryer and spray with frylight. Cook at 200C for 10 mins turning half way through.
Serve drizzled with the sauce and scattered with sliced spring onion and chilli.
